Senior Full-Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own features end to end: from framing the problem with the client's context in mind, through the architecture, to the production code that stays an asset long after delivery.

Location & work mode

Diglion is remote-first, based in Brazil. This role is open to candidates in a Brazil-compatible timezone. We value deep focus and clear async communication, with intentional moments to connect as a team.

What you'll do

• Ship user-facing features across the stack, from database to interface
• Turn ambiguous product problems into clear technical plans before writing code
• Keep quality high: readable, documented code that the next person can build on
• Work directly with founders and clients, not through layers of hand-off

What we're looking for

• 4+ years shipping production React and TypeScript
• Solid full-stack fundamentals: APIs, data modeling, and one modern framework in depth (we use Next.js)
• Comfortable owning a feature end to end, with little hand-holding
• Strong written communication — we default to async
• Professional working proficiency in English
